A Hullmark Centre success email went out to all Tridel subscribers. In the past month, Hullmark Centre's two bedroom 2Q suite design has had over 30 suite sales, and the Hullmark Centre's Premium Office condos were over 80% sold.

Construction planning is now well underway with the finalization of engineering drawings and Deltera's construction project managers in daily discussion with all the trades, consultants and suppliers.

For example, many of Tridel’s Hullmark Centre’s units are of a high-priced calibre, one client of mine purchased a unit on the 2nd highest non-penthouse level (46th floor) for around the $315,000 mark. I earmarked such units as the level-A investments in the building, or the best of the best — the cream of the crop.
