Tridel Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction for a Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, Tridel has ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction” in the J.D. Power and Associates New Condominium Builder Satisfaction Study in the Greater Toronto Area. The J.D. Power and Associates award is a highly coveted recognition, widely considered to be the key barometer of customer satisfaction in the home building industry.

The J.D. Power survey measures customer satisfaction through several phases, from new-home purchase through to early ownership. Home/building readiness, service/warranty staff, building/shared features, home quality, price/value, sales staff, physical design and design centre are all categories on the survey.

With an overall satisfaction score of 730, Tridel was the only builder included in the survey to crack the meaningful 700 mark. They performed exceptionally well in the two most important factors of satisfaction: home/building readiness and service/warranty staff.

Tridel received the highest numerical score in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2006-2009 Canadian New Condominium Builder Customer Satisfaction StudiesSM. 2009 study based on 745 responses from new condominium owners in the GTA, measuring 8 builders and measures opinions of owners who registered their new condominium in January-December 2008.
