The Republic Project is now 75% sold. Construction on The Republic condominums and North Toronto Collegiate Institute started on November 19th, 2007.

TDSB, NTCI and Tridel are having a Groundbreaking event on Wednesday, November 21st on the grounds of NTCI.

Tridel’s Luke Johnson, Project Coordinator will be the featured speaker on Wednesday March 26th, 2008


Luke Johnson

Luke Johnson is currently a Project Coordinator on the “Republic of Yonge & Eglinton” project and has been with Tridel for three years. Prior to joining Tridel’s Construction team Luke has had the opportunity to work for other Construction firms in both the residential and commercial sector gaining experience both on-site and in the office.

Luke is a graduate from George Brown College’s Construction Technology program with awards in both Quantity Surveying and Citizenship. Luke is actively involved in every step of Construction Management including coordination between consultants and sub-contractors, schedule analysis, Contract Negotiation/Administration…etc. Luke also works closely with his Project Manager to achieve like minded goals.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys playing the guitar, golf, lacrosse and hockey. He is also anxiously expecting his first child.
