Tridel’s Marc Sammons, Manager of Communications, will be the featured speaker on Wednesday April 30th, 2008

Marc Sammons is the Manager of Communications, Customer Care, and has been with Tridel for over six years. Working with all departments and with all of the Tridel Group of Companies, Mr. Sammons primary focus is in guiding every community through the décor and home orientation phases of their experience and is present on-site at the initial stages of office openings (i.e. décor and PDI). He also ensures continuity and consistency of Tridel best practices for the customer experience and provides critical feedback to Senior Customer Care team members.
Mr. Sammons began his career with Tridel by launching the frontline Call Center to assist with pre-sales inquiries and escalated consumer advocacy concerns, and has progressed to his current role.
Prior to joining Tridel, Mr. Sammons developed his customer service specialization in Call Centre Management and corporate training, by providing support services to Apple Computers. Career opportunities were opened for Mr. Sammons after he completed his OSSD at The Scarborough Centre for Alternative Studies (SCAS).
