Full-time Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator you will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support our sales team. Administrator will represent front line interaction with clients and customers in Sales Office. The ideal candidate must be a professional individual who shares our commitment to quality with a high level of customer service, both in person and on the telephone. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as typing and organizational skills. Must have computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing legal real estate documents
- Greeting Customers / Introduction to sales presentations
- Maintain an organized working environment
- Data entry
- Answering phones
- Filing, faxing, photocopying
- Tracking paperwork to and from Head Office
- Ordering office supplies
- Involvement with with part-time staff in sales office
- Perform hostess duties for tours of model suites (If Applicable)
- Available to work: Monday to Friday 12 noon - 8pm.

Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Company profile:Delmanor Real Estate Investment Trust is a privately owned REIT which is in the business of providing upscale retirement residences in the GTA under the Delmanor brand. The REIT currently owns and operates 2 retirement homes and one Long Term Care facility, and has 2 additional retirement homes under construction. The REIT is focused on growing its portfolio of retirement residences by constructing and developing new facilities. Delmanor is an affiliated company with the Tridel Group, Canada’s largest high-rise residential condominium builder.
Job responsibilities:
- All duties related to day to day processing of billings to residents, receipts, and charges (A/R) and processing of vendor invoices (A/P).
- Review sub ledgers and reconcile them with balance sheet accounts, performing bank reconciliations and posting journal entries
- GST, and PST reporting and remittances
- Maintain filing system
- Ensure data integrity and perform tasks as laid out in the company’s policies and procedures
- Provide support to the Property Account and the Financial Manager, in performing various tasks as required.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Completion of University or College degree/ diploma in Accounting/bookkeeping will be considered an asset
- Good oral communication in English is a must.
- Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately and be able to work independently.
- Intermediate Computer Skills required in Windows Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of YARDI Voyager systems will be considered an asset.
Competencies required
- Possess a positive attitude with an interest in working in the seniors’ field.
- Good organization and people skills with the ability to maintain relationships and support a team environment with head office and site personnel.
- Approachable and demonstrates the willingness to listen and communicate effectively.

Accountant
Reports to: Assistant Controller/Manager, Corporate Accounting
Preparation of all yearly corporate financial statements, reports & tax returns for assigned companies for external and internal use
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of year-end files regarding the above
- Cash flow planning and analysis
- Provide consolidated interim reporting of operating results as required
- Oversee a portfolio of companies
- Involvement in corporate tax planning and execution of plans
- Provide direction to other departments regarding accounting and reporting issues
- Help improve financial systems to provide the required financial information in the most efficient manner.
- Coordinate with external and internal clients concerning accounting and reporting issues
- Assist with special projects as required
- Supervise and mentor lower level staff on accounting issues
Minimum Requirements
- 3rd level CGA student or above
- Solid accounting and corporate tax knowledge
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as TaxPrep tax software.
- Above average organizational and time management skills
