When someone becomes part of our team, they become part of Tridel's long and proud history of leading edge thinking. Tridel's high standards, building philosophy and creative approach are ideals which are shared through every facet of our company.

When people join the Tridel team, they tend to stay for a while. Many of our Construction Project Managers started their careers with Tridel and now are training recent graduates.

Every year Tridel commends their long-term service employees with an Annual Gala Event. This year 28 employees were honoured for their long term contribution to the Tridel team.
