• Use mirrors, whether they are large framed or wall to wall, to give the illusion of more space.
• Small-scale furniture creates a cozy feeling, as opposed to larger furniture, which can make a room feel cramped.
• Light from windows or lighting fixtures makes a room feel brighter and roomier, and gives the impression of more space.
