Tridel launches the final phase of its highly successful Ovation at City Centre community

Mississauga, Ontario… (May, 2006) Located on Burnamthorpe Road just west of Duke of York Boulevard, opposite the Living Arts Centre, Tridel Dorsay is proud to introduce Ultra Ovation, the newest addition and spectacular conclusion to the Ovation community. Ultra Ovation’s fresh, new design with its sleek cylindrical building, is unique to the Ovation community while complementing the design of Ovation’s first two phases, and Grand Ovation. The 32-stories of architectural distinction include both one- and two-bedroom suites, many of which feature a den, ranging in size from 580 to 1,313 square feet. Ultra Spectacular Suites

The balance of spectacular design and Tridel’s signature environmental sensitivity is immediately evident upon entering each Ultra Ovation suite. Residents have their choice of beautiful, irritant-free, 6”plank or strip laminate floors in all common areas, including the foyer, hallways, living and dining rooms, and the kitchen. All windows are architecturally designed to complement Ultra Ovation’s ultra modern look, while improving energy efficiency through thermal insulation and double-glazed panes. Bedrooms are carpeted in plush 40-ounce nylon carpeting and many two-bedroom suites feature a split design for additional privacy. Quality brushed-nickel hardware and mirrored sliding doors on the entry closet contribute to the impressive design.

The open kitchen features Ultra Ovation Designer cabinetry with stainless steel hardware, a mosaic tile backsplash and energy efficient, black Whirlpool appliances. Each kitchen also includes an island topped with a polished, square-edged granite counter, which does double-duty as a breakfast area and an additional storage space.

After cooking a gourmet meal, residents can experience the ultimate in relaxation in the deep soaker tub, a key element in the stunning master bathrooms. Chrome fixtures, porcelain or ceramic tiles and Ultra Ovation Designer vanity cabinetry contribute to the sleek and soothing environment. The Ultra Ovation sales presentation centre is located at Ovation 2 (3888 Duke of York Boulevard, Suite 324), west off Duke of York Boulevard, just south of Burnamthorpe Road West.
